AJC Planning Consultants Sdn Bhd was entrusted with the task of preparing the master plan and detailed plan for the development of Elmina West. They meticulously provided detailed layout planning for various sections including housing, commercial areas, and recreational spaces.

The project, which commenced in 2015, is a long-term endeavor that will span approximately 30 years for its full completion.
