AJC Planning Consultants Sdn Bhd took on the task of conceptualizing and developing a theme for @Enstek, a development site of an extensive 5116 acres. Through a comprehensive assessment, the master plan and its various sectors of the scheme were detailed, including detached houses, terrace houses, and industrial park precincts.

With a focus on enhancing the streetscape, the firm actively coordinated drawings and provided supervision to bring the theme to life. The project, which began in 2000, is scheduled for completion by 2040, representing a significant long-term endeavor.
