AJC Planning Consultants Sdn Bhd, in collaboration with Surbana Jurong Group, took the lead in initiating the master concept plan and was subsequently appointed to prepare the master plan and detailed plan for Gerbang Nusajaya development.

The scope of work encompassed conceptualizing and strategizing the land uses, with a focus on maximizing the potential of Transit-Oriented Development (TOD) nodes and ensuring seamless integration within the regional context. Initiated in 2012, the Gerbang Nusajaya development is a long-term endeavor expected to span approximately 30 years for its full completion.
