AJC Planning Consultants was entrusted with the task of conceptualizing and detailing the master plan for Kota Kemuning Township, a mixed-use township development encompassing an area of 1800 acres. This project aims to offer residents the conveniences of a small city alongside the charming quality of life found in the countryside. It seamlessly blends residential neighborhoods, business hubs, commercial centers, and open recreational spaces to create an ideal hometown environment.

Working in close association with RTKL, new concepts were translated into detailed layout plans, redefining urban living and recreation with a combination of aesthetics and functionality.
