Puteri Harbour is an esteemed waterfront development, carefully designed to be an integrated urban masterpiece on an international scale. To ensure a harmonious and cohesive built environment, a comprehensive set of urban design guidelines (UDG) has been prepared.

In close collaboration with state and local planning authorities and technical agencies, interactive workshops and design charrettes were conducted. These sessions aimed to review and refine the proposed design and planning guidelines that deviate from the standard requirements.
