AJC Planning Consultants was the Project Manager and Socio-Economic-cum-Implementation Plan Consultant for the heritage tourism proposal. Our expertise lies in evaluating and recommending strategies for leveraging natural, cultural, and built assets to enhance tourism experiences. The key challenge we faced was the limited availability of tourism data and records in Pekan, where only small to mid-sized hospitality providers operated.

To overcome this obstacle, our dedicated team conducted individual visits to each hospitality provider, gathering comprehensive data. Through extensive engagements, we gained valuable insights into the performance of hospitality and tourism offerings, allowing us to develop a more accurate and informed assessment.
