To optimize the development, we divided the area into three distinct Precincts. Precinct 1 serves as the home for major industrial plots, fostering economic growth and industrial activities. Precinct 2 is dedicated to public facilities and housing, ensuring a well-rounded community with essential amenities.

Lastly, Precinct 3 stands as the vibrant center and heart of Biobay Pulau Indah Township, featuring a dynamic mix of industrial and commercial plots.
