AJC Planning Sdn Bhd partnered with Garis Architects to prepare a master concept plan for a large-scale development in Benghazi, Libya.

Our focus is on enhancing identity, fostering community, and improving amenities, safety, and security. To achieve this, we adopt a process of dividing the 20,000 units into distinct "villages" and further breaking them down into smaller "parcels" or "clusters."

This approach ensures a cohesive and close-knit environment. By incorporating shared spaces, recreational areas, and prioritizing safety measures such as well-lit pathways and controlled access points, we aim to create a vibrant and secure community for the residents.
