Yen So Park project is a collaborative effort between Gamuda Berhad and AJC Planning Consultants Sdn Bhd. Gamuda Berhad entrusted AJC Planning Consultants with the task of assisting in submissions and presentations to Vietnamese authorities for the development of Yen So Park and the construction of a sewerage treatment plant.

The project encompasses 502 hectares of land located in Tran Phu and Yen So Wards, Hoang Mai District, south of Hanoi. The land features a series of lakes designed for flood water retention. Together, these teams worked diligently to create conceptual and detailed layout plans for housing areas within the Yen So Park Development Scheme, aiming to seamlessly blend modern living with the beauty of nature.
